I have decided to just put it all in one post today, been a busy day lol!! BREAKFAST, LUNCH, DINNER 9/7/2013
I hate to tell you all this but I am a mono eater...meaning I can eat the same thing for 2 weeks and it doesn't bother me, and I find it very helpful when dieting.
Breakfast
Oatmeal with blueberries
4 egg whites
Lunch
OOOOO didn't do so hot
Lunch meat sandwhich (turkey and cheese)
Spoon full of pasta salad
10 salsa chips
spoon full of taco dip
2 barbeque weenies
YIKES
I feel ashamed even writing that all out!

WATER WATER WATER although I did drink 1/2 a Dr. Pepper today to try and ease my migraine UGH.

September 4, 2013 **DINNER**

Starting out...
It's quite embarrassing to know that I have gained 121 pounds since I got pregnant with Corbin. That's a WHOLE person!! I wanted to start this blog, not to embarrass myself, but to motivate myself. Ask anyone who is around me very much...ALL I TALK ABOUT IS MY WEIGHT. A few of my really honest friends have even said "Chasity...quit talking about it, and do something about it if it bothers you THAT much." WOW...talk about the truth. So, here I am...going to posting my first selfies at a whopping 233 pounds :( I can't believe I got this big...now is the time to DO SOMETHING. My kids are not getting any younger. I can't even run after them for 5 minutes without being completely out of breath!! LOOK at all the pop right beside me!!! I told my husband "omg, lets re-take the pictures" but you know what...it's real. Yeah I am stupid, yeah I drink 2-3 pops a day. Really dumb considering I just had a $17,000 kidney stone removal surgery.
So stick with me, hopefully this time next year we can look back on this and be amazed!
