I hate to tell you all this but I am a mono eater...meaning I can eat the same thing for 2 weeks and it doesn't bother me, and I find it very helpful when dieting.
Breakfast
Oatmeal with blueberries
4 egg whites
Lunch
OOOOO didn't do so hot
Lunch meat sandwhich (turkey and cheese)
Spoon full of pasta salad
10 salsa chips
spoon full of taco dip
2 barbeque weenies
YIKES
I feel ashamed even writing that all out!
Dinner
(redeemed lol)
4 oz of Chicken with Avocado spread on a rice cake
broccoli
WATER WATER WATER although I did drink 1/2 a Dr. Pepper today to try and ease my migraine UGH.
