I decided to go ahead and post what I had for dinner...I was going to start tomorrow...but why wait!?
Salmon Fillet baked in Extra Virgin Olive Oil (piece the size of my palm)
Cauliflower and broccoli with pepper
Whole Soy beans
Water to drink
